Ferrare des Este
The tour by bus will follow the circuit of the walls, passing through the “new town” of Duke Hercules 1st, the so called Addizione Erculea with its gardens 
and splendid palaces, including the famous Diamond Palace. Upon reaching the Este family’s Castle, symbol of the city, the tour will then continue on foot, by way of the Cathedral, located in front of the Ducal Palace which was the first residence of the Este family. Crossing the old market square the visit proceeds along the main streets of the Jewish ghetto as far as the Synagogue, still in use today.
