The Tourist Guide Association of Ferrara and the province of Ferrara is made up of about 40 Licensed Tourist Guides who do tours in the city and in the Po Delta. These include Guides specialized in the wild life and fauna of the area and guides who are qualified to accompany groups in the following languages: Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
Our association has been operating for more than twenty years, offering
a wide range of guided tours to visitors wishing to explore the town, visit some of the prestigious exhibitions held here, or perhaps visit some of our important archaeological museums, or alternatively, enjoy the unspoilt countryside of the Po Delta. Visitors to Ferrara can enjoy a pleasant stay here, learn about important historical events and find out about the
incredibly rich artistic heritage which Ferrara boasts, the importance of which is reflected in the recognition granted to the city by
Unesco.
The Tourist Guide Association can also offer guided tours and excursions to the cities of Bologna, Modena, Parma, and Reggio Emilia, and can offer personalized itineraries on request, In addition the association also offers services of translating and interpreting with mother tongue speakers., and can also provide tourist information regarding the territory.
The Tourist Guide Association is a member of the group FERRARA ARTE e NATURA and is also a member of ASCOM .
We are also present in the province of Ferrara and for many years have been offering guided visits to the different art exhibitions held in the prestigious Diamond Palace.
